business cards

Thanks to Neue Satz Wien, Sarah Bogner, we now have the most beautiful business cards, produced in letterpress with red ink on light grey cotton cardboard.

new and hot

This is it, as promised for ages: our new website!

It is not the first version we made but the first we considered good enough to be published. Maybe you’ve experienced it yourself – the hardest design is the one you do for yourself.

It has been a big effort by all of us including everybody who was part of the team at any stage. Thank you – you are welcome.

Spring collection

Our favorite client Roland Bischel has produced a range of tea towels to give away. Be quick! And btw, not long to go until sensoweb 2.0 launches.

one of our dear paper deer has found hospice at the Biennale office in Vienna, looking out to a great new year.

We are off for the next two weeks so enjoy the silence and happy christmas!

labiennale di venezia

2013 + 1895–2011

More information about the Padiglione Austriaco – La Biennale die Venezia (the Austrian Pavilion at the Venice Biennale) 2013 is online. This latest example of sensomatic’s minimal site department –
www.labiennalevenezia.at – includes black and white images of the artist, commissioner and the Austrian Pavilion.

Additionally to this site we also designed the online archive of the Austrian activities at the Biennale from 1895–2011. You can see who was busy when and where doing what and vice versa at

Brno Excursion

Sensomatic went to Brno to see the Graphic Design Biennale and follow an architectural tour through the city. We liked the Experimental Jetset exhibition at Moravska gallery.
